For online payments, you will charge your credit card at the end of
your order. In the event of order cancellations or stock issues,
the credit will be credited to your credit card within 3-5 business days.
Delivery

For products that require time to be delivered,
the delivery time is 3 business days, as specified in the product details.

In order for the product delivery to be completed without any disruption,
please provide the address of your location as the delivery address during the day.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you
specify at the end of your order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped via

they will be delivered to the cargo company within two business days at the latest.

the United States.
Payment Tracking
If the system in question cannot complete the transaction

We are responsible not only to the customer but also to the bank whose

Open and inspect any packages
you suspect may have been damaged during shipment in the presence
of a representative from the company you received the product from.
If you suspect any damage, please file a report with the courier
company and refuse to accept the product.
Once the product is received,
it is deemed that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.
